Some kids are the victim of their circumstances. A bad teacher. An inappropriate program. A failing school. A corrupt district.
If your child failed to receive certain special education services, if services were missed, or if their program and/or related services were inadequate, your child may be entitled to compensatory or make-up services to attempt to make up for the district’s failures.
GDPC fights to recover these make-up services. They can be “banked” and used at the parent’s discretion.
